They'll still charge you if you go over, though.

I haven't been able to see my trip history since early June. I got no reply from multiple emails and phone calls until I got snippy, when they said, "it's a known issue, we're working on it." I eventually posted my plight on Facebook, and I got a reply from Dani Simons, Director of Marketing, herself, saying she'd look into it. She eventually told me the same, "We're working on it. Thank you for your patience." Now, over three months later, still nothing. It's not just "maintenance."
