You said that you took out the bike yourself and let her ride it; but I think that that's essentially the same thing as lending her your key. So, I believe that your membership could be suspended for that.
Not quite, we were together the entire time, she never touched the key. For that matter, we probably went over the 45 minute limit and they'll get their money anyway. And I could have easily let her ride my bike and used the Citibike myself, and now that I say that, maybe I should do that next time (not for your reason, I think our abilities work out better that way.)
