Loosening the chain tightness didn't make much of a change. The chainline does seem like it has a diangle slant. Based on my unscientific measurements, I would say the crank is about 5mm further out from the frame then the cog is. I've also read that chainline is overrated. Is 5mm enough to bother trying to fix? My crank has the ring on the outside so I don't think there is anything I can do on that side
