I'm pretty new to using hammocks but I definitely want to do it more. I've only used it this summer. I'm about to take a trip in October and want to prepare for possibly cool nights in the 40s. What exactly is the "Z-rest"? Is this one?

If you use a thermarest and a z-rest how do they overlap? Seems like one is on top of the other and that's that?
