Bikes: Rivendell Quickbeam, Rivendell Rambouillet, Rivendell Atlantis, Circle A town bike, De Rosa Neo Primato, Cervelo RS, Specialized Diverge

+1 about working on gear first. If you can get away from the need to use eylets then lots of bikes become potential tourers. Here's my set up
