I was driving down a 4 lane US Highway about an hour ago in a light rain with heavy cloud cover and in a low area between two hills I spotted a dark object in middle of the opposing "fast" lane. It was a cyclist, no lights, no reflectors and dressed all in dark Navy blue except for a white helmet.
