Here is Greg's response.
I would say it was 1972 to 1973..
Very much the same frame as the pantografata...in fact has the same seat post. That chainring would be a later addition as they didnt arrive till the mid 70s. Check inside the axle locking tabs in the hubs. This should get you a wheel date.

I haven't taken the wheels apart yet to check the date. They look like the original compy hubs, not sure about the rims.
