Decided to ride the hills today so headed down to the SR50 trailhead on the Suncoast Trail. FYI: They've finished the southbound lane on the parkway and now are working on the northbound lane. I think I remember someone saying the project was supposed to be finished sometime in Sept/Oct. From what I saw today I'm guessing January 2014, but what do I know. Then they have to repair and repave the section of trail that is now a dump truck parking area.
Anyway, rode from SR50 to the blockade and turned around. It was getting hot by the time I got to the car.
Rode a whopping 21 miles.
