I like the fact that you've put the bars up at saddle level. Top tube is just about the same length as on my own do-everything bike, though mine is slightly sloping, so yours is effectively just a touch longer. I don't know about all the other dimensions, as I'm not a framebuilder. Brake bosses appear to be way too high, cantis and V-brakes have the bosses just below the level of the rim. I think you were really just playing with frame dimensions, however.
