I started biking in the spring of 2013 with a Rocky mountain 'Hammer' and a Medalist 7005. I decided that mountain biking is not for me. I have a lead on a LEMOND Chamberry with Shimano Ultegra. Would this bike be 'over the top' for someone 68 yrs old, reasonable physical shape to ride 3 times/week 15 to 20 km each time (no competitive racing)? Any other suggestions for a light and fast roadbike for under $700 (used)?
