Well, took apart the hub. It wasn't a pop-off end cap, like mentioned in the link to the thread above. But easy enough to just unscrew the cap off with a hub wrench. The freehub is not a screw-on type, nor a hexagonal shape, but has three ratchets on there. Below is the picture. I've been looking at Salsa freehubs, which look exactly like it, but are also $90. Hoping there is a cheaper alternative.

I bought a unknown wheelset from someone a while back that looks exactly like yours. Same freehub body and hub assembly. Rims look the same as well. Only paid 30 dollars for the wheel set and it was in great shape. I don't run the 10 speed stuff so I jsut swapped over a spare 105 freehub hub assembly in place of the Formula freehub assembly.
Took a while since in a sense I was completely rebuilding the wheel but the finished wheel is very sturdy and decent. The dimensions of the 105 freehub and the Formula freehub were nearly identical so I was able to reuse all the spokes with no issue.
