Bikes: Trek Hybrid & Trek 2.1 Road

I'm kind of a newbie too, but I LOVE LOVE LOVE yoga. It has helped so much with A.) Balance. B.) core strength. C.) breathing! I also like to do some upper body work, usually basic stuff with free weights and assisted pull ups (if your gym has a machine like that). And push-ups, of course.
