Get it, and then sell your old bike to make up some of the cost. If you had a bike that was a perfect fit right now I might say keep it, but if you can replace it with a CAAD 10 for that price, I'd say go for it.

I had the creaking BB30 bracket after around 5,000 miles on my 2011 CAAD 10. I bought ceramic bearings for $45 on ebay and my friend installed them and used Loctite to keep things tight. That was around 4,000 miles ago and I haven't heard anything since.

As for the bike itself, I love mine.
