It is definitely an Italian BB shell. Unfortunately those Ofmega BBs are a bit unique, do a search on here there is a currecnt thread about a '83 Bianchi and its ugly BB.
I went with Jagwire celeste cables and one side celeste and one side blue bar tape. Black would look OK with the black fork and stays though.
