Yesterday's fail with NYC Citi Bike bike share was replaced by today's reasonable success. Things that make cycling on Manhattan difficult are cars, delivery trucks, pedestrians, and other people on bikes. People "salmon" on the bike lanes, run lights, some are just discourteous to other riders. However, I found the riding somewhat exhilarating. My wife was somewhat terrified. Regardless, we're going to do it again tomorrow.
