The front is a 10liters one, the back I am not sure... but I'd say it fits 3-4 times the small one. I fit my small tent, self-inflating mat, a tarp and my flipflops in there.
So far the bike has been good with me (+1500km so far). Just a few adjustments and typical maintenance.
