Sorry, I didn't see that question.

When I'm standing I'm pretty far forward on the bike, really far forward based on seeing pictures of myself. The sensation is that I'm pulling up at about 11 o'clock, maybe 10 o'clock. The reality may be different of course.

Due to my forward tilt I'm also pushing the pedals through the bottom of the pedal stroke. I'd say that about 6:30-7 o'clock is the bottom of the pedal stroke when I'm standing, not 6 o'clock like if I was sitting.

I'll have to go out and ride a bit while thinking about it.

When sitting and pulling up, usually when I'm either really suffering (hill, seated, long ride, and often unable to push down very hard due to cramps), I pull up at about the 8 or 9 o'clock. I don't do a lot of horizontal force - that's where I get a lot of cramping sensations. Therefore my pedal stroke is more of a up in the back, down in the front.

I'll have to do the seated pedal stroke and think about it also.
