My ACL feels like jelly after climbs - been advised to stop riding
Hi all,
ive been plagued with acl laxity, especially after climbs, and super hard rides. My chiro and physio both told me to rest 6 months.
I'm still functional and can ride, but have decided to give it a rest, which has made me very depressed, as cycling has been my drug lately, and i ADORE IT, and have started posting very decent times and showing alot of improvement.
i'm looking for advice i guess, aything....
my fitting has been done twice and is good, so i really just have no idea why this is happening.
