After a lot of attention to strengthening it top notch orthopedic surgeons cannot tell that I do not have an ACL in my right knee without an MRI. So, you can protect your knee well by building the muscles around it. Make an appt with a PT that specializes in knees and I'm willing to bet you get this fixed in 6 weeks or so and can out riding again.
I'm wondering how in the heck you are hurting your ACL while riding anyhow. Is it possible that your chiro and PT are unfamiliar with the effects of cycling on knees?

Im wondering the same....it is lax, thats for sure. I feel it, feels like jello. Ive been resting a month, so that feeling is gone, but i dont want it back
cycling should not cause this...but then again 10% grades uphill mashing might. I stopped doing that, and have to permanently.
ill go see a couple of more guys.
