Yeah, it's a pretty boring routine. It looks like a set of lights will be my next purchase.
You don't need anything more than saftey flashers to ride in the park at night. (and a ton of folks don't even have those) In fact I think anything brighter than a low wattage halogen would just piss people off. Seeing as how 99% of them don't have anything other than saftey flashers, there are already lights in the park, and it would screw with their night vision in the dark parts.
I guess what I am trying to say is... just come out with us at night
