Only thing hat confusing is why theres a plastic gear cable guide on the BB marked Raleigh, unless it's just a cheap fix for a damaged original ?
well it does look like a repaint and the under BB cable guides are a consumable parts so I think it is safe to assume it is a replacement. I am also going to venture a guess that is used a front derailleur with a housing loop originally and that the raleigh guide is a mod to do under the bb routing.
