Definitley a repaint, under the bb I've sanded back some of the black to uncover a metallic bronze/gold colour. Also I'm thinking french as the stem is 22mm which by all accounts defines it and seems bb will probably be swiss left hand, which I've yet to confirm ! The sleuthing continues
