I keep hearing stuff like that, but around here anyway this is in the same fictional realm as $200 road bikes on Craigslist.
The thrift stores around here don't ever get any clothing in but stuff just about suitable to do landscaping in, and the only bikes on Craigslist for $200 were bought at Wal*Mart, and the only GOOD bikes on CL are sized for people who are 4'10" or 6'8".
We must have the same Craigslist ads here. I wonder how I found my bike for $125 there, it must have been due to buying it in the off season or things really were cheaper then.
