Airline pilots are required by law, and people with high risk factors and good insurance often do too. Occasionally hypochondriacs with good insurance, but I suspect OP is in second group.

I had elevated CK enzyme on my last and went in for an eval. This is another one that can be elevated by strength training. It is used as an indicator to prompt further testing to determine if there is damage to the heart, which it is a test for. In my case, is was a simple EKG and I was given a green light.
