Vittoria Voyager Hypers (formerly Randonneur Hyper). Hard to find since they changed the name, but are reasonably light weight, folding beads, reflective sidewalls and roll fast. I've got the 32s on my touring bike, but they measure closer to 35 mm wide on Velocity Dyad rims.
Another thumbs up for the 32mm Vittoria Voyagers (Hypers). I've got a set and they are fast and comfortable. Like Tarwheel said, they measure larger than their stated width Velocity Dyad rims.
