I think you will find a whole lot of guys with Ex'es who will argue that there are just as many females that are also bad seeds with no empathy that enjoy inflicting pain.

I'd argue that its about the same for both sex'es. It's just that males being more physical tend to inflict pain and suffering that way and there are stronger laws against that where as the females being more emotional tend to inflict pain and suffering that way where often unless taken to the extreme there is no law against such.
