I keep the park tool in my seatbag, but I don't bring the chain tool with me (I use a SRAM powerlink chain). The one advantage it has over others is built-in tire levers in the blue plastic bodies of each half. They're almost as good as real levers, and are nice and wide for mountain bike tires too.
