I have a 2013 Giant Defy Advanced SL. I have found this to be one of the most sublime bikes I have ever ridden.

Elsewhere I have described it as a wolf in sheep's clothing except it still looks like a wolf. The ride is far more compliant than the TCR and is better than any other bike I have ridden for comfort, even after a full day's riding. The integrated seat post not only saves weight but makes a huge contribution to ride quality. The bike climbs like a goat, or at least it would if it had a better engine. I know several competitive riders prefer this bike to the TCR because of its blend of comfort and performance.
