+1 - I'd want someone with more experience than Terraferma. Also not crazy about the font/decals. I can get a frame from a much more experienced builder than Terraferma at the same, or lower, price.
I'm not sure if Simon is making Hanfords right now or not (he opened a shop this summer), but he would be one of my top choices for a bike. Dave Anderson and Kirk would also rank at the top for me if I wanted steel.
