My LBS has a hanging fish scale that you can weigh your bike on. Mine weighed in at a hair over 26 lbs with my Garmin bike computer w/ speed & cadence sensor, fenders, rack, headlight, seat-bag (with spare tube, CO2, tire levers).
It should be noted though that since I started cycle commuting in early June, I've lost over 30 lbs, so compared to then, my bike is virtually weightless.
