In the 2013 accomplishments thread, a lot of people allude to starting their 2014 season imminently.

Personally, this week I will be testing my FTP and next week I start my preparation phase of training. My first peak will be in mid/late April (for the second O-Cup race, the Calabogie RR), and the second peak will be mid-July (the OBC Grand Prix Gatineau).

The rest of the season will be mostly filled in with local time trial and crit series.
