Road or mountain? I don't carry hardly anything with me on my road bike - just enough stuff to fix a flat tire. When mountain biking I carry an old Park mini-tool kit in my camelback. I like it because it has individual tools that are easy to orient and use yet hard to lose in the gravel and weeds and it contains a really effective chain tool that even has a replaceable pin.
