In 2012 while loosing the final 60 pounds of my 180 total loss I spent 10 months SUB T... My MEP moved from 118bpm to 172bpm... sure made my introduction to racing easy! Just like Creatre said ... if you ever get into the delayed gratification game, this one pays of big.
