If we had weather and daylight I think I could swing 20 hour weeks without issue. Having 8 hours of daylight in the winter with 40* and raining every day makes that kind of difficult.
Daylight and weather aren't excuses. I have spent 2-3 hours on the trainer in the garage after work. I have a TV in my garage just for this. And on the weekend, when it was really cold and raining, I have done as much as 5 hours on the trainer. It's miserable, but the goal is accomplished.
