I am hard on wheels, rear in particular.
Struggled a lot with lower spoke count wheel sets.
I am 180 lbs but run racks/panniers and pull trailers with my commuter bikes.
36 spoke Velocity Dyads (700c) or Velocity Aeroheats (26") are my commuter wheels of choice.
They might be a little wide and possibly overkill for you, depending on the size tires and way that you use your bike.
You might also run Velocity A23's or their Synergy wheels......nice because the rears are offset for cassette use.
That being said, my wife ran 36 spoke cxp33's on her touring/commuting bike for years.
Great wheel set, a bit more roadie and narrow than the dyads. Never a problem.
Mavic 719's are excellent but heavy and wide, like Sun rhyno lites. Save them for the touring/expedition bike.
