I saw two citibike riders getting summonses about a block apart on Eighth Ave this evening near 19th Street. The officers were on mopeds. This is the 2nd time I've seen this happen on Eighth Ave - seems like they do a ticket blitz every couple of weeks. Tough not to roll a red light when there's a dozen or so pedestrians crossing against the light...
