I broke down and bought a new battery and it made all the difference in the world! I was concerned at first because when I tested them fully charged they both show around 41.6 volts but the new one lasted twice as long. I'm not an expert so I'm not sure why that is. I was wondering if there is a place where I can send a lithium battery to get serviced or rebuilt? They are too expensive to keep buying new ones.
