Whoa, is that 16/20 spokes F/R? I hope you don't weigh much! I think it would be worth paying $40-50 to a competent wheelbuilder in your area to fine-tune the tensioning of those wheels to make them as robust as possible (not very). Another option; your LBS should be able to get you a pretty-reasonably-priced pair of wheels from Handspun (distributed by QBP), something in a sensible 32-hole 3-cross, with 105 hubs? There's lots of combinations that fit that description, here's the first I found, not sure how to look up what the price would be for a wheelset like that. I'd guess under $300.

You could try to replace the wheels ASAP so you can sell the current wheels as new-condition take-offs, or you could just ride these until they die (few years? depending on how much/hard you ride?) and plan to replace them eventually.
