The cost of membership I suppose and the often obnoxious graphics/paint, but I think that second item is par for the course with modern athletic equipment these days. I would take in a heartbeat one of these though and never look back:
This is one gorgeous bike to my eye and it exhibits all the benefits of CF. As for whether or not my lazy tush is worthy of the tech, who cares it's my tush and my wallet, I'd ride that righteous machine everywhere in all my Fred glory. But right now and for the foreseeable future, my wallet says no and to enjoy what lurks in the shed waiting for the build ...
