Well I limped into the bike shop straight after. While I was waiting for a taxi to a&e.. They already did a quick investigation and said to me it's because the front big chain ring is worn and when he put it under load it slipped.

Makes me laugh statements like
Everyone is looking for their own private "lottery winnings" anymore.

I'm not, as I could quite easily have already rung one of the numbers of those awful day time adverts. I have gone back to the shop to tell them. I have a service paper that says that area was checked.

I'm also not one to whinge, I have had ORIF of the clavicle. A slice of the leg is mild compared to that. I was just asking what others would do, wasn't expecting people to get so livid.
