I see a water pump at 0:42 into this video

And it looks like the Pivot for the handle is a recycled rear wheel hub, (from a Bicycle). I see another one of these pumps at 1:17, and again, it looks like a rear wheel hub, from a bicycle. And I saw another glimpse of the Hub Pump at 3:05!

Note, it is a hand pump, not being pedaled, but that sure looks like a Rear Wheel Hub , being used for it's Bearings, in the pivot.

Does anyone else see it? Is that a R. Wheel Hub?
