My wife's Gran Turismo mixte is 1024 butted steel (considered gas pipe) and she likes riding it as much as her Trek 400T DB ChroMo road bike. Its a very nice riding bike and they make great commuters, etc. If your into the C&V thing you'll probably end up with one ............. use it!
