jagwire charges the same price for s and c cables. Official Campagnolo cables are $2 per more than basic shimano cables. (The new coated shimano cables are $3 more than Campagnolo)

Edit: prices above are for individual shift cables. If you are looking at "cable sets" you may not be comparing apples to apples. Campagnolo sets are shift AND brake. Shimano appears to sell them separately.
