They have this new stuff at certain locations (VERY hard to find) called LAUNDRY DETERGENT!!!

Who cares if someone else wore them. Wash them and wear them. Its not like your licking them....Are you? lol

For sub $20, it could be a good deal. Question is if the chamois has gotten so much use that it has broken down. Wash them and go ride them. If they feel good, it was a good buy. If after a ride you feel that the pad doesn't feel like it is doing much, you wasted $16.50. No big deal.
