I rode past some sheep in Curecanti Recreational Area. They were grazing by the side of the road. In heavily travelled areas they can get accustomed to humans. Same is true for mountain goats, which I have seen after riding up to Logan Pass in Glacier National Park. This guy walked along with me for a while as I was headed to Hidden Lake:
