102 miles today followed my 5K jog at a 9:50mpm pace, 2,500 yards swim yesterday, 2,000 yards swim Thursday, 4.5 mile jog followed by 41 miles on bike Wednesday, 4,500 yards swim Tuesday, 15 mile jog then 1,000yd swim Sunday, 101 miles bike last Saturday, 2,600yds swim Friday, 3,000yds swim Thursday......PLEASE DON'T NEED NO STINKING STORM in the Gulf on Nov. 2nd. Next week is last good effort week then taper begins.
OK! How about until the end of October? BTW, that's some pretty good stuff you are doing there. Keep it up!
