I often hit that on the bike so no problem. I actually hit 150+ before I asked to stop. As I was working it, there was a nurse and two techs present. Hooked up to ekg machine and blood pressure cuff, that pressure was monitored several times during the test. I would say I exercised to my limit, and when through the nurse said "you did really good". Not sure what that means, the results will be sent to my doc tomorrow and I will call him. By the way, the test was done at Mass. General Hospital and the staff there was communicative, professional and friendly, they put me at ease and made the process painless, so to speak. Hope my doc agrees that I did "really good".
