I have two, I guess you would call them frankenbikes, and a road bike. Depends on distance, weather, and what I'm carrying.

An old Schwinn/Panasonic that has had cruiser bars put on and been converted to an "English" 3 speed using an old Sturmey Archer hub I had laying around. A Bianchi Broadway, also converted to cruiser style. Finally a Raleigh Port Townsend.

The three speed is for toddling around town and shopping. The Bianchi is for bad weather/winter, and the Raleigh is for longer rides.
