Per the size chart, they have the exact same reach, and 1 cm stack difference. Remove two of your planned 5 mm spacers and they are identical. If you know someone who is 6'2" riding a 54 they must like a seriously tiny bike. Granted, body proportion makes a huge difference, but I am slightly taller than that and the 54 is way out of any appropriate park.
