In some opinions, skate-bike helmets are not as odd looking.
I've made peace with any stylistic / ventilation concerns. I'm just interested in comfort / weight.
I know a more expensive / better constructed helmet will be lighter [by, say, around ~200 g as I indicated]... I just don't know how much that will really matter in my circumstances.
